Shelving Systems - From Light Archives to Industrial Shop Floors.
The complete Godrej shelving range – boltless, heavy duty, mezzanine, and bin flow. Matched to your load requirements and installed across AP, Telangana, and Odisha.
What shelving systems do - and where they fit
Shelving systems are the workhorses of warehouse and industrial storage. While pallet racking handles bulk palletized goods, shelving handles cartons, bins, loose components, files, and individual items. The right system depends on three things: what you are storing, how heavy it is, and how frequently your team needs to access it.
Godrej's shelving range spans light-duty boltless systems at 350 kg per level to industrial heavy-duty systems at 4,000 kg UDL per level. Kaizen helps businesses in AP, Telangana, and Odisha choose, configure, and install the right system.

Shelving Portfolio
Four Godrej shelving products cover the full range - from office archives to industrial shop floors.
Key Benefits
Right load rating for every application
Godrej Altius Lite (350 kg) handles light to medium SKUs cleanly. Altius Titan (up to 4,000 kg UDL) handles the heaviest industrial loads. Selecting the correct load class prevents overloading — the primary cause of shelving failure.
Fast to install, easy to reconfigure
Altius Lite's boltless design assembles rapidly and reconfigures without tools. Altius Titan's modular beam system extends in bays or levels as inventory changes. Neither system requires permanent structural modification.
Maximize vertical space
Both systems use the full available height of the room — up to 10 levels for Altius Titan. Particularly valuable in older industrial buildings with good height but limited floor area.
Mezzanine: floor area without construction cost
A mezzanine system typically costs a fraction of building an equivalent area as a new structure. It is also fully relocatable — unlike a building extension, it moves with your business.
Bin Flow: pick speed without extra labour
Gravity-fed replenishment means pickers never wait for stock to be repositioned. In high-velocity picking environments, this translates directly to more orders per hour without adding headcount.

Layout & Planning
Shelving projects are simpler than racking - but they still need a site visit
Most shelving systems don't require MHE compatibility analysis or detailed structural floor assessments. But the right configuration still depends on your room dimensions, ceiling height, door and column locations, aisle requirements, and the weight and dimensions of what you are storing.
A Kaizen shelving consultation covers:
Room dimensions and clear height
To determine maximum usable levels.
Load profile
Weight per shelf and total load per bay, to select Altius Lite vs Altius Titan.
Access method
Manual picking, or will any MHE be used in the same area?
Aisle width
Minimum practical aisle for your team and any equipment.
Future growth
Fixed installation or needs to expand?
Most shelving consultations take 30–60 minutes on-site. We deliver a layout drawing and quotation within 3–5 working days.
