Safety, Quality & Engineering
Godrej manufacturer certification
All Godrej racking systems are designed, tested, and certified by Godrej's engineering team. Load capacity ratings are derived from controlled structural testing.
Load boards — mandatory
A load board on every bay states the maximum safe load per level, per bay, and total installation. Kaizen installs load boards as standard at every project handover. This is a legal and insurance requirement.
Godrej-certified installation
Installation by Godrej-certified Kaizen technicians — not subcontracted. Column plumb tolerance, base plate anchoring, bracing, and beam locking are all checked to Godrej's installation standard.
EN 15635 annual audit
EN 15635 is the European standard for racking safety management — referenced in Indian warehouse HSE guidelines. Kaizen provides EN 15635-compliant rack safety audits as part of its Lifecycle Services.
Floor loading assessment
For VNA, Mobile Pallet Racking, and high-bay systems, floor loading and flatness are assessed before system selection — not during installation.
